Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Manage Business Transformation in legacy units
  • Acts as an enabler of change towards roll-in units
  • Conducts as-is analysis and defines business and functional gaps for roll-ins and projects
  • Trusted advisor who knows the template and business processes of the units
  • Is able to identify integration topics and aligns with impacted teams cross-functional
  • Drives template roll-ins to facilitate global process alignment / template adherence
  • Is able to communicate the Blue Ocean mission and vision towards business units
  • Finds best template solution for business scenarios, avoid local adaptations
  • Gathers and documents user (business) requirements for template gaps
  • Acts as link between business stakeholders and functional teams, IT Experts.
  • Maintains process documentation
  • Responsible for applying Blue Ocean methodology for roll-ins
  • Understands and drives Data Governance policies and process during roll-ins
  • Manage project KPIs and stage gates to monitor roll-in progress and risks
  • Ensures day 1 business readiness and smooth go-live of roll-in units
Guide Roll-In Key Users and Stakeholders
  • Manages local key user team
  • Guides key users and management through implementation
  • Acts as an advisor towards local unit
  • Enables unit key users and build up ownership by setting expectations, sharing best practices, facilitating cross-unit exchange and job rotation, creating a positive change environment and strategy
  • Business Transformation Experts lead/guide key users during the roll-in and ensure adaption to template processes and day 1 business readiness.
  • Create transparency and outline / mitigate risks to business operations after go-live
  • Take measures to avoid business disruptions after go-live and ensure stable operations from day 1
Enabler and Change Agent
  • Get to know the business – what is critical for go-live, understand the change impact
  • Provide change coaching and guide managers and key users through the transformation process
  • Enable stakeholders for change leadership
  • Run business change impact assessments and define change actions together with key users and local stakeholders
  • Perform organization design session in collaboration with Roll-in Lead/Change Management
  • Ensure day 1 business readiness through simulations, trainings and change impact workshops
  • Transition business units with minimal business disruptions
Responsible for Starter Pac activities
  • Prepares business units for Blue Ocean implementation by ensuring business and data readiness and accomplish the following: data prepared, SAP org structure signed off, major gaps identified and addressed
  • Drives data cleansing activities and acts as a data consultant towards the units ensuring high quality master data by time of roll-in phase
  • Analysis as-is processes - identifies and addresses areas of change (BCIA)
  • Puts high emphasis on business change and avoiding template adaptions from the start
  • Identifies and addresses significant template and business gaps within BO
