Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to an efficient order-to-billing process? We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you thrive in an international environment and are dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency, this role is perfect for you!

Your Tasks

  • Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system.
  • Receive request from unit responsible:- Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material.
  • Verify request (eg; duplicate, sufficient information, etc).
  • Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (eg; SAP, other system modules).
  • SharePoint basic development.
  • Power Automate flow creation & maintenance.
  • PowerApps implementation on SharePoint form.
  • Proceed request via SharePoint on system procedure.
  • Consulting the stakeholders:- Work closely with relevant parties (eg; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office skills.
  • Data maintenance experience preferred.
  • Diploma/Bachelor/Certificate in Information System / Data Management.
  • SharePoint and SAP experience would be a plus.
  • Good focus on details.
  • Experience on similar position will be an asset.
  • We welcomes Fresh Graduate to apply.
