Supply Chain Procurement Manager
Location Princeton, New Jersey Date posted April 30, 2024 Job ID 16224- Establishing key programs that target improvement opportunities to reduce costs and lead times, resolve quality issues, and/or increase global supply dependability and flexibility.
- Maintaining supplier scorecards that are regularly updated for key suppliers.
- Overseeing negotiations and the establishment of applicable supply agreements, contracts, and purchase order terms and conditions.
- Traveling to supplier sites to conduct business reviews.
- Ordering and tracking materials for in-house and external assembly of monitors and control systems.
- Maintaining records of goods ordered and received using QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP.
- Working with vendors of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure their current and future availability.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain function.
- Experience with sourcing contract manufactured parts and finished products.
- Ideally some industry exposure to the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of ERP MPS, MRP systems.
- Past supervisory experience preferred.
