Product Manager Thermal Analysis

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our thermal analyzers are mechatronic systems of the highest quality and performance for determining a wide range of thermal and mechanical properties. They are used by our customers for research, development and quality assurance of substances and materials of all kinds. To strengthen the team we are looking for a Product Manager thermal analysis- 100% (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • You oversee the lifecycle of our thermal analysis products, including Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA).
  • You collaborate with the support, application, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets, acting as a key liaison between customers and our product offerings.
  • You conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape, with a particular emphasis on other thermal analysis suppliers.
  • You work closely with our R&D team to drive product development and enhancements, utilizing market feedback  to drive technological advancements.
  • You prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • You create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, campaigns, videos, webinars, and other collateral, to support product promotion and education.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

  • You hold a Master’s or PhD level education in Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science.
  • You have some years of experience in Support, Sales, and Product Management.
  • You possess strong knowledge and experience in thermal analysis techniques (DSC, TGA, TMA, and/or DMA) and their applications.
  • You are fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is highly welcomed.
  • You enjoy giving public presentations and can convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • You have experience in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, campaigns, videos, and webinars.
  • You are familiar with other thermal analysis suppliers and their product offerings.
  • You exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
