Associate / Senior Associate Design & Development

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Product and application design and development.
  • Preparation of final solutions aligned with customers requirement.
  • Product launches and trainings.
  • Coordination with Vendor and internal teams.
  • Creation and support of material and Bill of Material in SAP.
  • Understanding of the customer’s requirements and Design & Development unique solution/Product around it with standard product lines.
  • Preparation and Creation of Raw material and Bill of Material in SAP.
  • Handling of Design change process for all SBU's.
  • Highlight key risks and issues both internal and external towards customer project /Product / solution.
  • Check and provide All Feasibilities and GA drawings.
  • Making Manufacturing Drawings in Autodesk Inventor
  • Vendor and customer Site visit.
  • Propose first time right, Product/solution/application by leveraging existing standard product.
  • Create user manuals, brochures, test reports and Provide Product technical trainings.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Degree in Mechanical engineering. 
Overall and Specific Experience:
4-5 years' Experience - 
  • SAP Exposure desirable
  • AutoCAD/Inventor
  • Creo / SolidWorks for 3D
  • Basic Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 6. Travelling, as and when required
