Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our Canadian Marketing Team. As a Marketing Specialist you will be focusing on our full portfolio of products and services. seeking to contribute with value-added marketing programs, with the expectation to differentiate our organization, contribute to lead and revenue growth, as well as improve our market share.
This is a temporary fixed term contract for 8 weeks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the business plan for our market
- Support the execution of selected campaigns to support field organization
- Outreach to our customers to provide courtesy calls and provide information or collect information
- Stay engaged with the team to provide feedback on success of initiatives
- Provide proactive communication within our teams as well as our field sales and service channels
- Support projects that will help the Canadian organization continually grow
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in a call center environment making outbound calls
- Must be a bilingual in French and English
- Computer experience and a functional understanding of MS Office is highly desired
- Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Should enjoy making outbound calls and talking to customers
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
