Reporting & Data Analysis Specialist
Location Lutz, Florida, United States Date posted July 30, 2026 Job ID 22644- Extract, organize, and analyze CRM data to evaluate marketing campaign performance and establish future targets.
- Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, charts, and graphs.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Text to Columns.
- Oversee the PI-US lead-entry process, including data accuracy, issue resolution, team support, and communication with Sales and Service.
- Serve as the SAP Power User for pre-sales lead processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and assign system roles to new users.
- Manage Demonstration Bus Program data, including driver logs, fuel receipts, sales surveys, and quarterly tax filings.
- Prepare data for CRM uploads and identify opportunities to automate routine processes.
- Improve reporting, analysis, and data-management procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
