Location Hyderabad, Telangana Date posted March 13, 2024 Job ID 15825- To support sales team with demos and trials for complete Process Analytics product range catering to different parts of India.
- To visit customer places, understand their requirement and provide technical solution for all pre and post sales activities.
- To understand application of customer and help sales team to propose solution with Process Analytics products. To support sales team in positioning our products against competition by evaluating USP of our products against competitor products.
- To support TS, FSR and IS for technical evaluation of new sales enquiries.
- To support Sales team for Seminars, exhibitions and other sales and marketing events for division. Also, to help sales team to carry out GTCs with SBU experts.
- To help TS team with technical solution for their queries and support customer for any problems related to consumable products. To support TS team’s customer through MST/Personal meetings and resolve their problems.
- To support sales team for any inspection/pre-dispatch activities for Process Analytics products and its accessories specifically in non-Pharma segment.
- To Keep track and maintain Demo equipment, increase the use of the investments done in demo equipment and support in value selling.
- To connect with Process Hotline team and get the solution for queries raised by sales team/customer.
- To keep updates on any repeated failures of products and report it with the required evidence to further take it up with SBU.
- To work with IMSG and take their support as and when required.
- To support sales team to increase the sales, price realization and margins.
- Also, to create the simple, easy to understand product and application documents for sales team and support them to generate cross leads.
- Education, Experience & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech.
- 5-6 Years of experience in Analytical field for technical sales/service with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of pharma and chemical plant processes.
- Experience in technical presentations and customer handling.
- Experience in Process analytics products is preferable.
