- 对负责区域进行规划，制定业务计划：包含重点客户渗透，开发新客户，举办用户交流会等
- 负责为用户提供日常技术支持、解决方案及售前售后服务
- 负责经销商开发和培训，定期与经销商回顾业务，与经销商一起制定市场推广计划并落实，协同经销商拜访客户，指导经销商销售人员成长
- 了解市场动态，收集竞争对手的产品信息和市场反馈
- 教育背景
- 生物/制药/食品/化学等理工科本科专业，生命科学专业优先
- 工作经验
- 两年以上试剂耗材或仪器行业销售或实验室工作经验
- 有生命科学行业耗材及试剂产品销售经验者为佳
- 熟悉浙江、江苏区域高校科研领域业务模式者优先
- 有直销经验，同时有经销商管理经验者为佳
- 专业技能要求
- 具备快速学习的能力，能适应高压力下工作，有强烈的自我驱动力并能付诸实践
- 具备良好的客户沟通能力，销售技巧及谈判能力
- 具备良好的时间管理及团队合作精神
