Business Development Manager - OEM

- Build up local segment and application knowledge in Machine- and Equipment, Systems Integrators and EPC field.
- Determine new market segments by visiting trade shows, associations, seminars, customers and facilitating internal knowledge exchange with other organizations and territories Identify key customers in target segments
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing
- Organize and participate in key customer visits, product demonstrations in person and virtually, tradeshows, seminars and webinars
- Advance select strategic key account relationships through directly coordinated activities with account managers.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales or Business Development.
- BS degree (ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited university.
- Master’s degree in B2B Marketing is a plus.
- Ideally, background in MT relevant segments (Food, Chemical, Pharma).
- Strong personal leadership capabilities. Networking skills; ease to motivate people in matrix organization and get things done.
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Excellent communication oral and written
- Ease with presenting complex matter in an understandable way in front of unknown audience.
- Be willing to travel approx. 30% of the time.
