Inside Sales Specialist- Service

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the inside sales activities focused on service contracts across the US. Essential duties and responsibilities will include: 
  • Supporting service account managers with various service campaign initiatives, including contact identification, campaign organization, building quotes, and tracking all activities in CRM. 
  • Managing all aspects of campaign programs, including ensuring correct target lists, content marketing, and communication script/email are applied. 
  • Maintaining customer communication and follow up until the order is placed. 
  • Executing contract renewals. 
  • Supporting, communicating, and building effective relationships with service sales. 
  • Developing technical and application proficiency with all AutoChem products and service products.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, business, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. 
  • Consultative selling knowledge and experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to work at our Columbia, MD, office fully onsite for 6-12 months, then transitioning to hybrid with 3-4 days a week in the office.
