- 负责工艺开发(测试、装配、贴片、固化、组桥、焊接、胶封等)
- 负责样品试制及工艺改善优化
- 主导DfX持续优化改进
- 持续改善(60%)
- 工艺创新与持续改善：持续优化制造工艺能力、结合智能制造等新技术开发创新工艺；建立预防性控制及闭环工艺系统
- 数字化与精益驱动：利用数据驱动改善通过生产数据挖掘分析寻找改善机会；熟练应用精益工具，识别并消除生产流程中的短板和浪费，优化生产线布局、员工培训和设备配置，实现质量和效率提升
- 工艺管理与新设备开发参与：不断优化工艺流程，提高过程质量；参与新设备开发，负责技术需求及工艺/功能验收
- 工艺维护(20%)
- 工艺流程、PFMEA、Control Plan、作业指导书、BOM、Routing等工艺管理
- 产能管理：定期产能分析计算，识别产能瓶颈，制定改善措施，推动改善完成
- 与生产相关的工装、夹具开发，及时响应生产过程的工艺相关问题
- 教育背景
- 本科或以上学历
- 机械、机电或相关专业
- 工作经验
- 3年及以上制造类工作经验
- 技能要求
- 熟练使用CAD, CREO , Office 等工具软件
- IE知识、精益应用
- 良好的英文交流能力
- 良好的项目管理能力、跨团队协作能力
