- 客户开发与维护: 主动电话开发潜力客户,维系老客户关系,组织重点客户交流,运营客户社群;
- 发票和账款回收: 根据服务执行和合同、订单情况,定期跟踪负责客户的发票与应收账款回收;
- 驱动内部改善:根据客户运营阶段,协同内部分析优化流程与服务,以体验驱动增长。
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上;
- 工作经验
- 销售/咨询/客户服务相关工作经验;
- 专业技能要求
- 具备同理心和良好的服务意识;
- 敏锐的业务洞察力及分析能力;
- 较强的自驱,应变处理能力,善于沟通,自我学习;
- 熟悉服务流程、产品或者外部客户沟通及销售经验者优先。
