- 负责新产品软件架构设计与产品开发
- 负责新产品项目的软件开发进度和成本的控制，确保设计输出的齐全性、准确性
- 在新产品项目中引入和应用新软件技术和工程方法
- 协同项目经理、硬件及其他项目成员的工作，促进敏捷开发实践
- 参与全球跨团队的技术与项目合作
- 已上市产品和研究类项目的维护开发职责（15%）
- 负责老产品的日常维护，及时解决客户反馈的问题和设计重构
- 不断提升现有产品的质量，性能等非功能需求
- 为称重仪表类产品提供评估输出、探索新技术、新应用场景
- 支持与协作 (5%)
- 为MT全球以及中国区的产品提供技术支持
- 在MT全球以及中国区跨部门协作
- 培训和带领初级工程师
- 学士学位及以上，自动化、计算机软件或相关专业
- 良好的软件架构或设计经验
- 良好的团队协作精神以及工作责任心
- 良好的英语口语以及写作水平
- 至少2年以上工业领域的嵌入式开发经验 （C/C++）
- 在软件工程领域具备丰富经验， 例如配置管理，持续集成，自动化测试集成框架等
- 具有使用 ucOS、embOS、FreeRTOS 等嵌入式作系统进行开发的经验优先考虑
- 具有 PLC 编程或 SoftPLC 或 IEC61131-3 经验优先考虑
- 具备SAFe开发经验或者软件项目管理或者软件Agile开发经验优先考虑
- 具备MQTT, Restful API, OPCUA 相关知识优先考虑
- 具备称重软件相关知识优先考虑
