Location Changzhou, Jiangsu Date posted January 29, 2024 Job ID 14482- Define and drive strategy set-up and implementation of automation in accordance with company vision as well as digitalization
- Partner with the business stakeholders to identify opportunities which will result in better business impacts and values via automation and digital transformation as well as production equipment full life cycle management
- Drive automation, digitalization, and equipment optimization projects, lead internal and external resources (suppliers, customers, and internal departments) to take preliminary planning & analysis, management of project progress, process definition and/or optimization, to ensure the projects are completed on time with high quality
- Review technical solutions, provide rational suggestions, and guide the team to solve technical difficulties in the project
- Building networks with other teams and external stakeholders to learn about new technology developments, leveraging opportunities, and sharing best practices
- Be responsible for team management, coach, develop and optimize the team
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation, mechanical and electrical integration, electronic engineering, or related fields
- At least 5+ years of experience in automation and digital management
- Proficient in automation and digitalization, familiar with relevant technologies, standards, tools, etc.
- Strong project driving and management capability with good execution
- Proactive, strong sense of ownership and good cross-functional communication and collaboration ability
- Fluent both in Chinese and English
