SAM OMS Senior Solution Specialist
Location Columbus, Ohio, United States Date posted January 28, 2026 Job ID 21264 Pay Range $121,000-$131,000 dependent upon experience- Designing, building and testing new SAP CRM and ECC-based Order Management functionalities and business processes.
- Configuring SAP CRM and ECC services and/or interfaces to Hybris Ecommerce solutions according to process definition/requirements.
- Involvement in 3rd level support activities.
- Support with preparation and conduction of upcoming Migration to SAP S4.
- Facilitate the capture and translation of business requirements into system functionalities.
- Create or review functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migrations.
- Contribute to the product backlog and develop detailed work plans and priorities for our products.
- Create or review functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and forms layout.
- Gather and document requirements to implement products and processes that support the Sales and Marketing strategy.
- Facilitate the delivery and implementation of the technical and business process changes needed.
- Responsible for high quality process documentation, requirement definition, training material and test cases.
- Follow the Agile project methodology for continuous delivery and team improvement initiatives.
- Support the transformation teams with rolling out the existing template during roll-in projects.
- Designing, customizing, rollouts with SAP CRM/ECC or S4;
- Implementation of SAP CRM project lifecycles (design, customizing, testing, cutover and support);
- Sales and Marketing processes, SAP service modules(CRM & ECC) and business best practices in the services field;
- MVC architecture, AET, OData, Middleware, and BSP;
- HANA, Partner Determination Procedures, and CRM Event Customizing Actions;
- ABAP Workbench, Dictionary Objects (Tables, Data Elements, and Domains); and
- User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Points.
