Contract Renewal Specialist
Location Columbus, Ohio, United States Date posted April 29, 2026 Job ID 21943- Develop strong technical knowledge of MTNA service offerings and communicate solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience resulting in strong retention and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance objectives, including renewal rates, on-time renewals, outreach goals, and upsell metrics.
- Use professional selling techniques to grow service business and modify quotes as needed to reflect service level changes.
- Execute outbound renewal initiatives, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and manage inbound customer inquiries.
- Proactively generate cross-leads for products and related services such as calibration, upgrades, or additional contracts.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, MT operating policies, SOX controls, and company service contract procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management, renewals, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated initiative with innovative approaches to drive revenue and improve telemarketing activities.
- Proactive in understanding and interpreting customer requirements to effectively address their needs.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make confident, reasoned decisions and know when to engage other departments to achieve campaign goals.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills to maintain professional and efficient interactions with both internal and external customers.
- Professional demeanor reflected in speech, appearance, and behavior, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload to maximize efficiency and output.
