- 负责电气控制柜产品及配套设备的开发与迭代，确保开发进度、质量和成本；
- 负责技术方案的制定与落地，及时处理技术障碍和风险；
- 负责现有产品的维护、提升及成本改善，及时处理客户、合规、供应链等团队的问题反馈；
- 跟进电气产品技术发展，持续进行产品迭代。
- 新技术开发
- 根据技术路线图，进行新产品及enabler的开发，确保路线图的落地与技术领先；
- 持续进行Dfx、模块化提升，负责电气控制柜及系统类产品的架构设计；
- 负责新技术、新方法的引入，持续提升产品竞争力。
- 电气自动化、电气工程及其它相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 3年及以上工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先；
- 具备较强的责任心、自我驱动力和团队协作能力；
- 熟练掌握电气设计标准及认证要求，熟悉CAD/E-Plan等设计软件；
- 有防爆、硬件等开发经验优先；
- 熟练掌握英语读写技能，能流利进行口语日常交流者优先。
