- Consultative Selling with a Service Mind: Be more than just a sales rep—act as a trusted advisor who listens to customers' needs, offers expert guidance, and helps customers with a true service mind.
- Drive Sales & Earn Rewards: Hit your renewal targets to help the team grow, while unlocking exciting quarterly incentives as a reward for your hard work and success!
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communication is a plus).
- Great Communicator: You love talking to people, have excellent listening skills, and can build good relationships with customers over the phone.
- Service-Minded: You genuinely enjoy helping others and always bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team.
- Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by challenges and excited about hitting sales or renewal targets.
- Quick Learner: You are open to learning about our products and can easily adapt to new processes.
- Experience (A Plus): Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or tele sales is a big advantage.
- Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English
- Complete SVC order coming.
- Increase SCV order completion rate 2%
- Five working days
