Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately apply customer payments to their respective accounts using Tally
  • Reconcile cash application discrepancies and resolve payment issues
  • Maintain and update records of payments received and post them in the accounting system
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable and sales teams to resolve payment-related queries
  • Monitor and report on cash flow and outstanding payments
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash application
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Shift Timings: 9am-6pm
What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tally, SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of banking processes and electronic payment systems
  • Time management and organizational skills

Soft Skills:

  • Proven experience in cash applications or accounts receivable
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
