Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • As a global team facilitator with strong lean-agile & servant leadership, continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity to facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals. Achieve customer focused, incremental value adding delivery with build-in quality.
  • Help agile team and ART achieve business goal.
  • Be responsible for reinforcing team rules that include the rules of Scrum, Built-In Quality, Work in Process (WIP) limits etc. 
  • Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
  • Facilitates team events, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective ensures they are productive and kept within the timebox.
  • Helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. 
  • Helps foster the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams. helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the train.
  • Deeply understand the tech. solution, be able to tell how the solution will impact customers application or user experience, be able to give fast feedback to agile team during internal tech. review or demo show in agile team or system demo in ART.
  • Coordinates with other teams, supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams. e.g. system team, other scrum team, User Experience, Architecture, and Shared Services etc.
  • Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt.
  • Follow and improve MT PLM process as well as adopt with SAFe methodology. 
  • Cooperate with multiple agile teams (where applicable) to plan and setup specific overall project estimation in terms of schedule, investment, budget and resources.
  • Monitoring and track project overview status including risks, deviations against schedule, costs (labor, material and product costs), take mitigation action accordingly based on analysis conclusion.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education 
    • Bachelor or above degree of project management or similar education background
    • Scrum Master certificate
    • PMP certificate plus
  • Work experience 
    • At least 3 years in project management experience.
    • At least 1 year in Scrum team management experience.
    • At least 1 year in product development experience (mechanical design or HW/SW design).
  • Professional skill
    • Excellent problem-solving skill
    • Excellent capability in project management
    • Excellent team spirit and ownership
    • Excellent in specified knowledge area
    • Leading example from engagement to technical capability in team
    • Excellent learning and adaptive capacity
    • Good English skill in both oral and written
