Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily work of logistics support, including shipment arrangement, booking and preparation of customs declaration documents, timely booking with freight forwarders and follow-up on delivery schedules.  
  • Ensure the accurate preparation of import and export documents, and support the preparation of relevant certificates required for import/export declaration activities and by customers, such as identification certificates and certificates of origin.
  • Track booking status, cargo packing and transportation status, and send the bill of lading to customers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for shipments of non-routine orders such as samples/returns.
  • Regularly analyze logistics support related issues and data statistics, and drive improvements.
  • Regularly verify relevant billing details to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of charges.
  • Participate in team digitalization-related optimization projects and continuous improvement.
  • Support special business needs from the business team, provide optimal solutions, and meet the needs of IC customers and export third-party customers.
  • Other logistics support related work.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in International Trade preferred.  
  • Familiar with international transportation (air freight, ocean freight, agencies, and related matters) and basic customs knowledge.  
  • Able to understand and learn MT SAP processes, products, company business processes, and internal/external team collaboration. 
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Good spoken and written English.  
  • Willing to actively embrace more compliant practices together with the company, challenge the status quo, and achieve business agility; self-motivated learner with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently manage tasks.
