Project Coordinator
Location Worthington, Ohio, United States Date posted January 28, 2026 Job ID 21215- Create and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, while managing risks and escalating issues as needed.
- Lead product lifecycle management (PLM) projects from ideation to retirement, including new product introductions and engineering change management for all strategic business units at America’s Hub.
- Coordinate end-to-end lean process developments.
- Identify, plan, and monitor process documentation and trainings for the business.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are in compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to operational teams of all levels and project leaders.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in operational excellence to help shape and improve project strategies within the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- A project management related certification is a plus.
- Process and detail oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Strong leadership skills. Inspire and motivate teams towards achieving operational excellence.
- Enthusiastic about engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders by building relationships and networking effectively to establish rapport.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify process efficiencies and root causes, develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
