Talent Sourcing Specialist (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: identifying candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Using AI tools, Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to find talent.
- Market Research: providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis, including developing reports.
- Candidate Screening: screening candidates based on their resumes.
- Previous professional recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; strong communicator.
- Interest in AI.
- A passion for research.
- Good interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Team player who is dynamic and well-organized.
- Discreet, able to handle sensitive HR data.
