PLM Solution Specialist (late shift: 14:00 - 22:00)

Join our team as a PLM Solution Specialistin the Product Structure/Bill of Material Product team, where you will play a key role in supporting R&D units with the creation and release of production data. This position is designed to provide support to the American market during the evening shift hours of 14:00 to 22:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs,
- Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1),
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance functionality, performance, automation, and user experience,
- Contribute to evolving global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks with cross-functional collaboration,
- Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides to empower power users,
- Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality,
- Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery,
- Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education,
- Experience with change management processes (e.g., CMII, ITIL),
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level),
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as R&D and Operations,
- Independent, accurate work style with high problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes,
- Excellent team player with strong communication abilities,
- Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
