    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Join our dynamic team at Mettler Toledo as an AutoChem Field Service Technician, where your primary aim will be to effectively and efficiently complete all service activities to satisfy customer requirements and enhance our service profitability. 

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Attend reactive breakdown calls as directed by the Service Delivery Team.
    • Complete preventative maintenance activities in line with instrument-specific standard operating procedures.
    • Commission and install new equipment to ensure optimal operation.
    • Conduct operational qualifications for new equipment.
    • Foster collaboration between customers and Mettler Toledo by becoming their Trusted Advisor.
    • Adhere to all requirements under Health and Safety legislation, customer-specific site regulations, and required quality systems.

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Proven experience working in a fast-paced field service team environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field is essential.
    • Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with chemistry-specific capital equipment.
