Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The HR SSC team provides centralized HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and pre-boarding to contract changes, payroll-related updates, and terminations. It ensures HR system data is accurate, processes documents correctly, supports key HR cycles, answers employee queries, and delivers consistent service through reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist to manage Workday system operations for organizational relationships, deliver customized reporting and data analytics, and serve as the global support point for any HR activities decided to be centralized under HR Shared Services. This role combines hands-on Workday administration with data analytics capabilities to automate reports, generate trends, and support data-driven HR decisions across all our international locations.

This is a global support role – any HR activities or tasks that are decided to be centralized for global support will fall under this position's scope, making it a dynamic and evolving role within our HR Shared Services function.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Support HR SSC operations and service delivery.
Create and maintain foundational organization structures in Workday (Locations, Departments, Cost Centers, Business Units, Jobs, etc.)
Conduct impact analysis for downstream systems (Payroll, Positions, Locations) and test changes in sandbox before production deployment
Develop customized reports and interactive dashboards (Workday/Power BI) for HR and People Managers across all global locations
Perform data analysis to identify HR trends and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
Maintain accurate employee master data and resolve data inconsistencies
Serve as centralized global support point for HR activities assigned to HR Shared Services across all international locations
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, terminations) that are defined as global support
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR operational queries from all locations globally
Communicate clear guidance to requestors and notify stakeholders when changes are complete
Maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and user documentation (job aids, FAQs, portals)
Identify automation opportunities for manual reporting and support HR technology enhancements

Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations (2 -3 years)
Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM (organizational management, jobs, positions)
Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage
Proven ability in data analysis, trend identification, and HR metrics reporting
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work across time zones and support global stakeholders
Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with evolving scope and adapting to new HR activities assigned globally
