Rainin Instrument, a proud subsidiary of METTLER TOLEDO, is seeking a talented and self-driven Process Engineer to be a key player on our Molding team. This is your opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in the production of high-quality pipette tips and other critical products.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and optimize molding processes and parameters to maximize product quality and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers, tool makers, and project managers to create cost-effective tooling solutions.
  • Maintain detailed molding process records ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to elevate performance.
  • Support and train molding team members to build a knowledgeable, high-performing team.
To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. Please note that we do not provide relocation at this time. 

What You Need to Succeed
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field plus 10 years related experience in an injection molding environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Oral/Written Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.
  • Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; monitors own work to ensure quality; demonstrates commitment and supports the Company’s Quality Management System
  • Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Completion of formal training on the operation of injection molding equipment.
