METTLER TOLEDO seeks an accomplished and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Industrial Sales. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and influence the future of our Industrial division in the UK market.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop our Industrial division, driving profitability and ensuring a strong market position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, dedicated to pursuing our Industrial goals and targets in alignment with the METTLER TOLEDO group.

Key Qualifications for Head of Industrial Sales:

  • Demonstrable Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, prioritizing leadership over mere management to cultivate a high-performing culture.
  • Resilience and Change Management: Experience in navigating challenges and driving true change within an organization, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
  • Customer Service Focus: A deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing customer needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds expectations.
  • P&L Management: Strong track record of managing a Profit & Loss statement, with a history of sustaining and achieving financial goals while driving profitability.
  • People Development: A passion for mentoring and developing team members, helping individuals realize their true potential and fostering a culture of growth.
  • Cross-Company Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across different business units and with internal business partners to achieve strategic objectives and enhance overall company performance.
