Payroll and Benefits Lead (Team Lead Level) (f/m/d)
Standort Warschau, Woiwodschaft Masowien, Polen Veröffentlichungsdatum 07. Januar 2026 Anzeigen-ID 21045- Providing payroll instructions to the outsourcing company and verifying the correctness of the payroll in cooperation with other team members.
- Handling enquiries from employees regarding payroll and benefits rules.
- Keeping abreast of changes in labour and payroll legislation and liaising with state authorities and institutions in this respect.
- Administrating and settling of benefits for employees.
- Accounting of working time in accordance with the applicable legislation.
- Preparing certificates for employees.
- Preparing (in cooperation with the supplier) and sending reports and other documents to platforms such as GUS, PPK, PUE ZUS.
- Handling employee documentation.
- Min. 6 years of experience in HR and Payroll.
- Min. 1year of experience in a team leader or equivalent role.
- Practical knowledge of the principles of payroll calculation according to the principles of Polish law and regulations.
- Good practical knowledge of current labour, tax and social security legislation (e.g.: PPK, ZFŚS).
- Relevant Higher Degree (HR, Finance, Law or other relevant).
- Experience with external providers in the area of payroll & benefits.
- HR and payroll systems knowledge ( Xpertis and/or Workday will be a strong asset).
- Experience in payroll processes transformation.
- Polish language: advanced, English language: proficiency.
- Advanced MS Office with strong focus on Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quality, results and service minded.
- Strong organizational skills and be able to lead projects.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager
- F2F meeting in Warsaw office combined with video conference with other stakeholders. To be confirmed if we will manage that with one meeting or will split for shorter slots.
