Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
One of the teams in our Digital Business Services is Service Field Solutions teams, which is responsible for creating software that aids METTLER TOLEDO Field Service Engineers in the execution of service for our customers worldwide. 
We maintain a custom-developed software platform that serves over 4,000 users in the EU, Asia-Pacific, and Americas.

In this role, the IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager to build and maintain the project roadmap for a custom application development team that consists of several small Agile Scrum teams.
Also they will be responsible to align with Product Owners, Key Project Stakeholders, and the team’s Program Manager to monitor project status, plan and communicate milestones and deadlines, and to facilitate the handling of escalations.

About the team:
This is a large, internationally distributed software development team. The majority of the team is located in Poland, with smaller groups in the United States, India, and China. Our project stakeholders are located all over the world but are mostly located in the EU and US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for IT enhancements supporting service technicians.
  • Coordinate project timelines. 
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Derive project management framework to ensure a consistent monitoring and controlling process across all streams.
  • Support Product Manager in defining roadmap for the entire portfolio.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 
This would be your additional asset: 
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or service industry. 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
