Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • To grow MTIN business profitability by ensuring quality output and enrich customer experience on MT products uses. MIS reporting and contributing quality control process Improvement initiatives.
  •  Execution - Process adherence of manufacturing - Quality output - RCA of customer complaints - Proactively highlighting quality concerns - Proactively implementing corrective and preventive action in manufacturing - Vendor evaluation and helping quality control improvements - Customer FAT 
  •  MIS Reporting - NCM reporting - DCCN/BOM variances - Quality dashboard
  •  Process Improvement - Continuously improvement of output quality - Lead and execute the identified project for improvements.
  •  Compliance - Ensure MT standard are maintained in all products/manufacturing - Ensure process adherences
  • SAP Transition - Ensure Process Maps are maintained for all activities
  •  Key Behavioral Attributes: Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication - Customer Centric - Excellent knowledge of SAP, Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio. - 
  • Innovative thinking & analytical skills - Team player - ability to establish and develop a functional rapport with Purchase, Design, BMs. - Results focus / Execution skills - Resilience and tenacity
What You Need to Succeed
  • Qualification: B.E. Mechanical/Electrical
  • Experience: +10 years' experience in QC/QA working experience with SAP/ERP will be added advantage
