What is the role of Product Manager?
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and stakeholders.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to guide decisions.
- Oversee product launches and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:
- Own software products (PC, mobile apps) and accessories, driving innovation and success.
- Gather market requirements, identify customer needs, and define the product vision. Plan and conduct workshops and requirements reviews for new product generations.
- Ensure continuous development and innovation of existing and future software products for process analytical applications.
- Plan releases and coordinate with geographically dispersed marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Create engaging marketing materials for product launches and sales promotion of existing products.
- Ensure project goals are met regarding timelines, product requirements, and costs.
- Support sales representatives in local subsidiaries with new product introductions, events, and customer training.
- Visit clients and market organizations to identify needs and foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs.
- Work closely with the software development team and UI/UX experts in Poland.
- Partner with the Research & Development department to define technical specifications when integrating new sensor technology into the software.
- Prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on the most valuable features.
Academic degree in a scientific/technical or business discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in global product management for software products.
- Relevant working experience in gathering and writing requirements, interviewing customers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of a process of software development.
- Solid technical background, software application and product development skills as well as experience in agile development processes and tools.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
