Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join our Troemner supply chain team as a Production Planner responsible for scheduling new weights production orders. Plan and prepare production schedules by reviewing forecasts, orders, parts availability, and capacity to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Convert planned orders into production orders and manage schedules to meet delivery dates. 
  • Monitor SAP MRP messages and adjust production plans as needed. 
  • Manage overdue orders and communicate with internal teams. 
  • Support Engineering Change Management and coordinate expedite requests. 
  • Track inventory and manage KANBAN processes. 
  • Analyze on-time delivery performance and support improvements. 
  • Maintain SAP material data related to planning. 
  • Collaborate with SCM leadership to improve processes.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required. 
  • 2-5 years of production scheduling experience. 
  • SAP knowledge preferred, or equivalent ERP experience. 
  • Experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for accuracy and ability to recognize and correct errors.

About Mettler Toledo
This position is for a New Jersey unit of Mettler-Toledo named Troemner. We are located about 15 miles from Philadelphia in Thorofare, NJ. Mettler-Toledo acquired Troemner in 2016. Since 1840, Troemner has long legacy of excellence to offer our employees and customers. Our weights are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility using the finest materials and equipment available. We provide unmatched measurements and metrological analysis. In addition to weights and calibration services, we also manufacture a full line of laboratory equipment including shakers, hotplates, and vortex mixers.
