Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Are you passionate about technology and digital innovation? Ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving digital world? Join METTLER TOLEDO’s 18-month Digital Talent Program — a unique rotational opportunity designed to develop your skills, expand your network, and accelerate your professional growth.
  • Engage in six impactful, three-month assignments across Digital Business Services and key business areas such as Product Management, Sales, and Market Organizations. 
  • Drive digital initiatives focusing on applications, infrastructure, data analytics, AI solutions, and business transformation to boost productivity and enhance customer experiences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to harmonize processes and deliver innovative digital solutions. 
  • Take ownership of strategic projects that deepen your business acumen and sharpen your ability to solve complex digital challenges. 
  • Work closely with mentors and global leaders who will guide and support your development throughout the program. 
  • Embrace an international assignment to gain cross-cultural experience and build a global professional network.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A Master’s degree in Informatics, STEM, or related fields.
  • Practical experience or internships in the digital domain.
  • A passionate, results-driven mindset with strong learning agility and a proactive attitude.
  • Resilience and dedication to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • Openness and adaptability to thrive in diverse, global environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
