Software Team Lead - Technical Product Owner
Location Nänikon, Kanton Zürich Veröffentlichungsdatum January 16, 2025 Anzeigen-ID 18388- You define the project roadmap together with the Master Product Owner for your team (leading 4-5 team members directly)
- You define and manage the backlog for a team of approximately five people
- You prioritize the product backlog items based on their business value, the roadmap sequence, and the time required to complete them
- You manage dependencies with other teams
- You support the Scrum Master and the team to optimize their performance.
- You gain a solid understanding of business and technical requirements to translate them into a feasible solution, assist the team in clarifying features and functionalities, and to assess development results, which may include feedback or conducting usability tests
- You communicate the project status and any roadblocks with other team members
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or (Uni/ETH, FH) or comparable
- You have least 3 years of professional experience in managing a software engineering environment, ideally in an industrial high-tech or within a product development industry
- You have the ability to translate customer needs into a technical solution
- You have a solid track record in developing software in a team
- You gained a strong know-how with C# and you worked within a Linux environment
- Your Scrum/SAFe knowledge is an addition to your experience in managing tasks for a group of people
- You are a communicative personality, enjoy working in a well-coordinated team and can quickly acquire and pass on knowledge
- You speak fluent English and you are able to communicate in German as well
