Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the technical and applications support for LabTec product lines and drive regional sales target along with sales team.
  • To be responsible for the technical activities related to Pre & Post sales, performing high level technical sales support via site and e-demos, technical seminars and customer training.
  • To be responsible for guiding team on regulations such as USP, Eu Ph, 21 CFR Part 11, OIML R-111, OIML R-76, ISO 8655, Legal metrology etc and assisting customers to comply to regulatory requirements.
  • To be responsible for understanding customer’s weighing related application and workflows and assisting to modify / make necessary changes as per good weighing practices and data management / data integration.
  • To be responsible for demonstrating balances and weighing applications with and without software solutions at customer’s site.
  • On site modification of methods as per customer’s application in collaboration with service team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • To provide product marketing information and related market feedback to product and Business Manager to enhance existing products or to develop completely new products
  • Conduct Technical seminars (GxP) & Info days at customer’s place.
  • Drive successful Installation by collaborating with local sales and service team and increase utility of sold products throughout the life cycle.
  • Conduct periodic technical & application training to local sales & service team
  • To support local sales team in planning & delivering high level site penetration activities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Qualifications and Technical Skills:
  • M.Sc / BSc / Degree from Engineering, Biotec, Physics or Chemistry. Exposure to Software programming would be an added advantage
  • Minimum experience of more than 8 years in the field of analytical instruments. Should have technical support experience of more than 3 years.
