Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Under general supervision, is responsible for performing various activities in support transformation of the organization. Assist Engineering projects that can support design and development of industrial machinery or improve internal operational efficiency. Work with Supply Chain teams to analyze data and support decisions that better drive efficient processes. Support production initiatives that drive continuous improvement in line development and manufacturing. Work on projects that support our globalization initiatives. What you will do:
  • Execute daily tasks that support projects aimed to improve the efficiency of our Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and/ or Production teams
  • Maintain highest achievable 5S ratings throughout all areas of responsibility
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline with at least 48 hours of coursework completed
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical schematics
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Curious mind and eager to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Self-starter (can work without supervision)
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
