Territory Sales Representative

Understand and be able to effectively communicate the service solutions we offer that will best fit the customer's business needs.
- Meet and exceed agreed upon objectives including but not limited to sales revenue, productivity, and quote conversion rate.
- In-depth knowledge of all internal applications related to service sales and marketing, including but not limited to SAP CRM.
- Proactively employing professional selling skills in the pursuit of new service business and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts.
- Manage incoming calls from customers related to our service solutions and activity follow-ups.
- Qualify Service Sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority.
- Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready.
- Manage all outbound calls, activities, and sales transactions in CRM on a daily basis.
- Provide centralized phone support for end users as needed.
- Provide complete solutions and collaborate with the field, when necessary, for service inquiries.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science field from an accredited college/university is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience is required; Inbound or outbound call center experience, and teleselling skills training.
- Competency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and other general PC skills
- Competitive nature with the desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
- The ability to work both in a team and independently and be able to connect with various personality types
- The ability to multitask in an open work environment and maintain a high energy level with strong customer focus
