Senior Key Account Sales & Marketing Program Specialist
Standort Columbus, Ohio, USA Veröffentlichungsdatum 24. September 2026 Anzeigen-ID 22808- Partner with Sales Support teams to strengthen brand visibility and deepen customer engagement through LinkedIn campaigns, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date key-account contact data.
- Lead North American key-account workshops and internal collaboration meetings, overseeing venue selection, logistics, agenda development, content coordination, event execution, and follow-up on action items.
- Produce and manage quarterly key-account newsletters by gathering insights from multiple stakeholders and delivering timely, high-quality communications.
- Share best practices and improve internal processes by collaborating with Relationship Marketing, Strategic Sales Team, Global Key Account Management, SAP, and Digital Business Services teams.
- Manage and continuously enhance the North American Global Key Account Management SharePoint site, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and aligned with user roles and responsibilities.
- Partner with global Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer support by reviewing cross-functional account activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to improve account performance.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and provide regular performance reporting.
- Support CRM data integrity by routinely validating, correcting, and updating customer information in SAP.
- Advise North American Key Account Management leadership by identifying recurring business challenges, emerging customer trends, and opportunities for proactive action.
- Recommend alternative sales strategies and approaches through ongoing communication and team collaboration.
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2-5 years in sales, marketing, sales/marketing development, prospecting, or other customer support experience.
- The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems. A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn our products and sell our service
- General knowledge of the all the Cross Divisional METTLER TOLEDO product lines and service offerings is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly
- Professional, polite and pleasant communication at every touch to the customer and sales/management teams. Must be great communicator and team player.
- Excellent project management skills. Time management and multi-tasking skills: Well organized and efficient in a multi-tasking environment. Be able to interface with other individuals, departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner. Be able to handle a complex, matrixed and highly communicative environment across multiple teams
- Is self-motivated and a self-starter, can work independently. Is consistently at work and on time. Arrives at meetings and appointments on time and prepared. Be able to work without the need of close or direct supervision.
- The ability to make independent, confident and reasoned decisions & suggestions for improvement regarding processes that affect every day work, and the ability to understand when to involve Key Account Manager / Sales lead or other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service or sales development skills.
- Work diligently and professionally in the pursuit of department and company goals. Be able to display a disciplined professional attitude at all times.
