    Sales Support Coordinator

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    As our Sales Support Coordinator, you will process order flow by examining incoming orders, validating data accuracy, coordinating with key stakeholders, and executing essential daily operations to ensure departmental efficiency. This role will collaborate with regional sales managers to support account growth strategies, evaluate user specifications, create quotations, audit technical orders, and support maintaining the opportunity pipeline. You will also serve as a customer liaison, building and sustaining strong business relationships and customer loyalty through effective communication and support. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
    • Communicating information to customers and sales agencies regarding the availability of parts, list pricing, shipment dates, and tracking numbers based on inbound inquiries. 
    • Overseeing the completion of CRM tasks assigned by internal teams. 
    • Assisting with billing disputes. 
    • Proactively communicating with customers regarding overdue items. 
    • Supporting entry of complex orders. 
    • Reviewing outstating pipeline and supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) by requesting opportunity follow-up/updates from channel partners. 
    • Coordinating with RSMs within the organization to achieve problem resolution and addressing customer issues promptly and effectively. 
    • Supporting the process of account qualification to determine account potential. 
    • Accurately completing professional customer quotations and pre-sales activities. 
    • Working closely with the data steward to maintain CRM database accuracy.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. 
    • 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a life science industry. 
    • Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be detail oriented and learn quickly.
