Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer queries and concern about company’s service or transfer to the person responsible.
  • Generate quotation and process orders or any transactions.
  • Handle customers’ complaints and collect the customer’s feedback.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to use MS Office, Outlook, SAP is a plus.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Complete SVC order coming.
  • Increase SCV order completion rate 2%.
