Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative LAB you will play a crucial role in delivering expertise and value-driven solutions to customers within the laboratory market. Your main objective will be to exceed regional sales targets by leveraging your deep product knowledge, application expertise, and sales skills. This role requires travel within the Hungarian territory.

Your Role:
  • Drive sales growth by effectively positioning our Laboratory products (balances, density meters, refractometers, titrators, UV VIS spectrophotometers, and more).
  • Identify and engage High Potential Accounts aligned with strategic goals.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with clear communication and follow-through.
  • Reporting and planning of activities in the CRM system.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and professionalism.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to quality.


What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience in laboratory sales is a plus.
  • Proactive, agile mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office; CRM and SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and solid driving skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Hungarian language native.
