Locatie Changzhou, Jiangsu Sheng, China Publicatiedatum 14 mei 2026 Job ID 21977- Work with leadership teams of designated units in Asia Pacific (including China) to proactively manage risks, these include driving a culture of performance with integriy within the units, leading or participating in actions & intiaitives in addressing key risks.
- Partner with business teams to add most value, these include ensuring good contracting practices, help to draft and review contracts of significance, create and improve legal guidance on business conducts, providing tools to support business initiatives, counseling on employment and commercial questions, legal support for major transactions, early intervention in disputes in IP, contracts, employment and etc., and work with outside lawyers to resolve the disputes.
- Leverage MT platforms and tools to create, cumulate and mataintain MT legal know-how database. Participate in and contribute to Group Legal Team’s AI initiatives, and help to build up China legal center of excellence
- Education
- Graduated from reputable law school in China, oversea education is preferred
- Working experiences
- Qualified as a Chinese lawyer
- Two to five working experiences as a lawyer in leading firm(s), dispute resolution experience in law firm and use of AI tools in workplace are great plus
- Professional skills
- Excellent English skills
