• Provide quotes, technical drawings, and support to meet KPI targets, demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
• Use systems like SAP, OLC, and SharePoint to support sales channels.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Engineering, and wider teams to improve processes, share industry knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address underperformance in processes and customer service, implementing improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and MO channels, including customer visits to support new business.
• Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures.

• At least 2 years’ engineering, manufacturing and/or technical sales background
• Minimal HND level qualification or equivalent (Level 5) in a relevant discipline 
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering design and process for highly customised application
• Experience within both project (new standard product ranges) and bespoke (NSMTO / ETO) engineering design business
• Ability to time manage own projects effectively and self-direct where necessary
