Sales Administration Specialist with English

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for triaging incoming emails and directing them to the appropriate teams and individuals. You will be also responsible for finding effective solutions to customers' queries, responding to, and recording them in the SAP system.

Key tasks:
  • Triage emails .
  • Solving customer queries and recording them in our CRM.
  • Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored in SAP
  • Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles, internally and externally.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects .
What You Need to Succeed
  • First professional experience (in Customer Support or Administration) would be an advantage.
  • Very good English skills (min. B2).
  • Problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail .
  • Knowledge of SAP or any other CRM system would be an asset.
