Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Start your path to grow in METTLER TOLEDO

As part of our international Early Career Development program MOVE, you will join one of our product division on an impactful position in France, Germany, United Kingdom or in the US.

After approx. 2 years in this position, you will take over an exciting position for METTLER TOLEDO abroad (Europe or North America), where you will work for approximately 18 months in a different unit. Afterwards, an attractive position with leadership responsibility will wait for you in your starting country.

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for a talent with:
  • The clear potential to be a future leader in our exciting, diverse and international technology-driven company 
  • A good degree (Master, Diploma, PhD) in Engineering, Science or Business Administration 
  • A first work experience in a technology-rich business, in a product, project, operations or commercial role with an International experience (studies or work) 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a “can do” attitude, and a flair for business or technology solutions 
  • Resilience mindset and commitment and a wish to go the extra mile 
  • An excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
