- 根据产品的检验标准，生产制程控制标准进行确认，并提出改进意见或者建议
- 对质量控制过程中发现的异常问题，及时处理、跟踪、处置并对改善效果进行验证
- 定期就不良问题进行原因分析，与相关部门共同制定再发防止措施
- 优化质量检验，验证检验的有效性并提升检验效率；对工艺变更进行管理，及时更新检验图纸、规范和检验方法
- 参与客户投诉及退货的不良原因分析及纠正措施执行过程
- 主导质量部实验室的日常运营，管理以及实验室能力建设
- 上级安排的其它工作
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化等相关专业
- 工作年限
- 5年以上
- 专业技能要求
- 熟练应用SPC/MSA/DOE/Poka-Yoke等质量工具，六西格玛证书优先
- 熟悉精益生产，熟悉质量体系的知识，体系内审员资质优先
- 较好的英语读写能力
- 工作认真负责、具备高度责任心，能够承受较强工作压力，具备良好的表达能力及团队合作能力，能适应短期出差
