Hiring Sr. Sales / Area Sales Manager for OEM _ Pune location

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • To handle all assigned Key-Accounts independently.
  • Ensures achievement of Monthly Sales Target and Collections
  • To Expand Market Coverage and Sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • To generate Sales lead from the Industry Segments (Food, Pharma, Chemical, Manufacturing, EPC, OEM & Process Integrator) and convert the same into Sales Order.
  • To Manage selected large accounts for all Presales activities like Leads, Demo & Seminar etc.
  • To Value Sell (Mid/High Value Capital Equipment).
  • To sell in the designated territory in the selected accounts. 
  • To coordinate with internal stake holders like finance, Supply Chain, Engineering
  • To help grow the business as per the growth pillars set by MT from Time to time.
  • To ensure collections on Receivable Management.
  •  key account management.


What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications / Skills and Experience:
Diploma /Degree (Electro / Instrumentation) BSc Graduate, MBA
Should be well versed with SAP/CRM
