Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • New Product Transfer
    • In the role of project management, take the lead in implementing the transfer projects of foreign new products. Organize and coordinate with product managers, R&D, process, planning, supply chain, quality, and production departments to complete the engineering verification, design verification, and production verification of new products. During this period, identify and manage risks to drive the successful transfer of the project.
    • Be responsible for the process transfer or development of new products, including the development of process documents, equipment development, tooling development, and tool development, etc.
    • Be responsible for identifying the new product adaptation technical transformation projects, and evaluating the technical transformation cycle and investment budget.
    • Be responsible for formulating the trial production plan for new products, organizing and managing the trial production activities, managing the process verification issues, and tracking their closure.
    • Be responsible for the technical training and skill appraisal of production line employees.
  • New Process Research and Development
    • Implement process innovation in the whole-process production process. Think about the essence of the process with a transformative mindset. Through the research and development of new processes, simplify the process and shorten the production lead time.
    • Explore opportunities for automation, digitalization, and informatization in the whole-process production process. Utilize new technologies such as robots, AGVs, vision systems, and big data to develop new processes, improve efficiency and quality, and facilitate the implementation of intelligent manufacturing.
    • Implement the projects of domestic material sourcing and dual sourcing to enhance the resilience of the supply chain.
  • Process management and online service for current products
    • Create and Maintain SAP, MDG, LMES system date, such as routing, production order etc.
    • Responsible for review ETO order information to release the process characteristic and assembly guideline to production line. 
    • Deal with the quality issues from production line and customer site
    • Improve quality, process and productivity with production team.
    • Manage production safe and 5S with production supervisor to promote the lean production.
    • Implement and manage production process change. 
What You Need to Succeed
  • A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials science or related majors.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
  • Working experience in automotive OEMs or auto parts companies is preferred.
  • Have a spirit of exploration, sufficient internal drive and work resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in communicating with people from different countries, different cultures and different functional departments.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of independently organizing and managing work seminars.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
